Cod with Cornbread
Ingredients for 4 people
For the potatoes:
400 g of potatoes (medium, with skin)

To accompany:
80 g of red bell pepper (strips)
200g of red onion (sliced)
3 cloves of garlic (sliced)

For the cornbread:
2 cloves of garlic (sliced)
1 bunch of cilantro
300 g of cornbread (crumbled)
Oil
For the cod:
1 kg of cod (previously cooked and flaked)
Preparation:
1 – Place the potatoes in the PremiaGlass Grill 3.2 L. Season with olive oil and salt, and bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes at 180ºC.
2 – Lightly mash the potatoes with the potato masher. Add the bell peppers, onion, garlic, and season with a little more olive oil and salt. Bake for another 15 minutes.
3 – In the SuperSonic Turbo Chef, add the ingredients for the cornbread in the order indicated. Blend well.
4 – Remove the PremiaGlass from the oven and add the cod flakes (previously cooked). Finally, spread the crumbled cornbread, covering the cod completely, and return to the oven until golden brown.
Chef's suggestion: Serve this recipe with sautéed turnip greens!
