Portuguese-style steak
Ingredients
1 Sirloin Steak
3 cloves of garlic
Butter as needed
A sprig of rosemary
1 cube of white wine
Salt to taste
Preparation Method
Prepare the ingredients. Crush the garlic. Place the white wine in a cubex.
Heat the Cottage cheese pan. Add a drizzle of olive oil.
Let the steak sear, then flip it to sear the other side.
Prepare the sauce: put the butter, garlic, and rosemary in a pan and let it brown.
Remove the steak to a plate.
Add a cube of wine to the previous mixture and let the sauce reduce.
Place the steak back in the pan to coat it in the sauce.
Chef's tip: Add mustard to the sauce.
